Auction Terms This is an “Absolute” auction of personal property and all items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. All items are sold in “AS IS” condition and “Where is” with no warranties or guarantees of any type from seller or Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC. Prospective purchasers shall rely solely on their own inspection of the item being sold, or will waive inspection if item is not seen. There is a 15% buyer premium for all online purchases. Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC. will determine bid increments for the auction. Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC. will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or slow communication as a result of online bidding. Online purchasers will be required to pay for purchase with a credit card at the time of purchase up to $2,000.00. Purchases above $2,000.00 shall be paid with cash, approved check, cashier’s check or wire transfer to auction company at buyer’s expense. No purchases will be removed until payment is made in full. Items left at the property after the auction shall be at purchaser’s risk. Sellers or Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC. Shall not be responsible for items not picked up the day of auction. Item descriptions for items to be sold are a guide and purchasers shall entirely on their own inspection. Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC. shall not be held liable for any description errors on any auction postings. Scheduled Pick up times: June 25, 2024 - 9:00 AM-5:00PM (Day of Auction) June 26, 2024 - 9:00 AM-5:00PM (Day of Auction) June 27, 2024 - 10:00AM-3:00PM All items must be removed during these times unless other arrangements have been made with auctioneers. Any items left at property after July 1, 2024 will be considered abandoned and no refund of purchase price will be issued. 10. Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC. does not offer packing, shipping or loading services. Purchaser is required to ship or pick up their own purchases. We have made arrangements to work with the UPS Store, 320 Commons Drive, Parkesburg, PA 19365 Phone (610) 857-2240 to assist with shipping and you can call them directly to make arrangements. 11.
