1965 FORD MUSTANG CUSTOM COUPE

Lot # 470 (Sale Order: 201 of 355)      

This 1965 Ford Mustang Pro-Touring Maier Racing widebody conversion coupe is the product of a fresh professional no-expense-spared one-of-a-kind build that was recently completed. The new 2018 PPG Calvary Blue two-stage base coat/clear coat finish is complemented with dual white LeMans GT racing stripes. The brand-new paint has been color-sanded buffed and polished to a brilliant shine. Powder-coated matte black accents include the front and rear bumpers window moldings taillight bezels door sill plates door handles and side mirrors. The exterior is complemented with a new TMI Products Pony-style black interior with large side bolstering suede inserts and matching blue stitching. The built 351ci Windsor V8 power house gives was built using AFR aluminum heads fully tuned Demon carburetor high-rise intake manifold MSD Ignition and an MSD distributer. The engine is backed by a C4 3-speed manual valve body transmission which is manually shifted with no need for a clutch. Creating the rumble are shorty headers dual full-length 2-1/2? exhaust H-pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. Feeding this powerhouse engine is a sumped fuel tank with electronic fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. This street-friendly custom Pro-Touring Maier Racing widebody Resto-Mod coupe stays running cool with its aluminum radiator with oversized fan shroud and overflow tank. The suspension has been upgraded with a custom-fabricated front end including QA1 coilovers camber kit tubular control arms rack & pinion steering and subframe connectors. The suspension also hosts a Ford 8 rear end with 31-spline axles and 3.25 gears. At all four corners are custom-made 19x11 wheels wrapped in new Toyo Proxes tires. For stopping power this Mustang has been upgraded with disc brakes.

1970 CHEVROLET EL CAMINO SS 396

This 1970 Chevrolet El Camino SS 396 has been upgraded with a period-correct 402ci 8-cylinder engine mated to a Doug Nash 4-speed manual transmission and is equipped with 10.5:1 compression square-port cylinder heads new powder-coated square-port intake manifold 11? clutch and a 12-bolt posi-traction rear end that?s been powder-coated with new bearings. It has a roller camshaft roller rockers ceramic-coated headers a new master cylinder with power boosters and a new wiring harness. The exterior was stripped to bare metal repainted and features a functional SS cowl-induction hood. The SS gauges were updated to sweep gauges and the interior features new carpet headliner and seal plates. It rides on new brakes rotors and calipers and has powder-coated front and rear sway bars powder-coated coil springs and a new radiator. Included with this El Camino is its original Build Sheet.

1957 STUDEBAKER GOLDEN HAWK

As one of 4356 manufactured in 1957 this Studebaker Golden Hawk is a garage-kept driver-quality car. It features the wrap-around rear window and tailfins and an accented hood. With a long low stance the body sits on new whitewall tires and OEM stainless hubcaps. The McCulloch supercharged 289ci engine propels the car delivering 275bhp and 380 ft/lbs. of torque coupled to a 3-speed manual overdrive transmission that connects to a twin-traction limited slip differential. The restoration was done by the previous owner who applied a first-time repaint using the original colors of Tiara Gold and Arctic White. The interior was redone with original materials and is in good condition featuring gold seats and black carpeting that complement the three-tone door panels. In 2008 the drive shaft and U joints were replaced due to a persistent vibration. The carburetor and distributor were also rebuilt. The speedometer clock and radio were replaced and remain in the Speedster-style instrument panel.

1972 DATSUN 240Z LS CUSTOM COUPE

This Fairlady Z Resto-Mod is the ultimate street machine. Countless hours and dollars were invested in designing fabricating and restoring this car. The vision of the build was to turn a classic Datsun 240Z sports car into a classic Datsun 240Z supercar. It was a rust-free California car prior to the bare-metal restoration. This car is show-quality throughout. The exterior body is very straight with great gaps. It was painted 2017 GM Crystal White Tri-Coat which is absolutely stunning. The hood rise and all the trim were painted Satin Black. The car is dressed with Cobra mirrors halogen smoked headlights custom emblems carbon-fiber dipped front and rear bumpers carbon-fiber front and rear spoilers with matching door handles. The car has a great stance on 16? Pana Sport Racing wheels that were dipped in carbon-fiber on front and back. The wheel center caps were dipped in white carbon-fiber to match the exterior color. The wheels are wrapped with new Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires that stick to the pavement. The all-new black interior is tastefully done. Some interior upgrades include aluminum Fairlady Z door sills MOMO Competition steering wheel AutoMeter Phantom gauges Recaro bucket seats black billet window cranks and shifter with Hurst knob Performance billet pedals custom Z accessories Vintage Air cooling and heating custom sound system roll bar and rear strut tower bar which were painted to match the exterior. The engine compartment is nicely detailed throughout. This car is powered by a GM LS V8 engine with 400+ horsepower. Dyno sheets are included. The intake manifold was dipped in carbon-fiber and the valve covers were painted to match the exterior. It?s equipped with many upgrades such as a custom cold-air intake with K&N filter Taylor 409 Racing red wires Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator AN fittings Optima red-top battery and custom strut tower bar. The engine is cooled by a custom aluminum radiator with dual electric fans carbon-fiber dipped cover and aluminum reservoir. The engine breathes through a custom exhaust system with Sanderson headers and Flowmaster mufflers. The engine is coupled to a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission with hydraulic clutch. The power is transferred to the pavement through the Infiniti Q45 R200 VLSD rear end. It has custom billet rear differential mounts and billet axles with C/V halfshafts. The undercarriage is nicely detailed throughout. It?s equipped with custom-made subframe connectors from front to back. It has rack & pinion steering. The suspension system consists of MSA camber plates MSA coilovers Eibach springs Tokiko illumine 5-way adjustable inserts and Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars. The braking system consists of Modern Motorsports Extreme 13? PBR four-wheel disc brakes with a Wilwood master cylinder. This vehicle has recently been serviced and detailed which is documented with an invoice that is included.

This Mustang convertible was ordered with the factory A-code 289ci V8 engine with 4-barrel carburetor that produces 225hp and is paired to a 4-speed manual transmission. The white Pony interior has been recently refinished with new door panels new seat upholstery and fresh blue carpeting. The paint and chrome are in good condition and this car starts stops steers and drives well.
