1957 CHEVROLET 3100 PICKUP

This loaded Task Force 3100 series half-ton stepside short-bed pickup is a clean and has undergone a high-quality restoration. It was produced at the Los Angeles CA plant and still wears its Black Plate license plate. Its powered by the factory-optional 283ci V8 engine backed by a 3-speed manual transmission. This truck is finished in two-stage bright yellow base coat/clear coat paint that?s been color sanded to a mirror-like finish with a beautifully finished oak bed and nice chrome and stainless trim. The factory-style two-tone black and white interior which has been completely restored finishes off the inside. This pickup is loaded with options including original V8 door emblems traffic viewfinder radio heater window guards door-handle shields side bed rails with vintage signage dual exhaust and wide whitewall tires with custom full wheel caps. The generator was changed to an alternator charging system for reliability and headers were added for a better sounding exhaust. This truck has 93 miles since its comprehensive restoration and it runs and drives well.

1957 FORD THUNDERBIRD CONVERTIBLE

The Thunderbird was Ford?s answer to the Corvette and in 1957 it outsold the Corvette. The Thunderbird was designed as a personal luxury car with better styling and more options than any other 2-seater sold in its day. The standard 312 was the largest engine in its class with options like automatic transmission power steering and power brakes. This is a true California car with no rust. This car was sold new in San Jose and remained in the Bay Area its entire life. Its paint and interior have been re-done in the original colors. It has all-new brakes and brake lines power steering box dual 20-gallon aluminum fuel tanks and dual chrome stacks. It is equipped with a stock 454ci 8-cylinder engine and the Turbo 400 automatic transmission and 208 transfer case have been rebuilt. The interior features hickory hardwood floors high-back captain seats with matching upholstery and stainless-steel accents. This car features a red exterior 308 front and rear gears with lock-out front hubs and aluminum slot wheels wearing Goodyear Wrangler 35? tires.

1967 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE CUSTOM COUPE

Lot # 687 (Sale Order: 73 of 358)      

This 1967 Chevelle is a one-of-a-kind custom that has been chopped 7-1/2?. All body seams have been filled rain gutters shaved door handles removed and bumpers smoothed. Its equipped with a 350ci Chevy engine sporting a tunnel-ram intake with two Holley 450 carburetors sitting on top and lots of chrome and polished aluminum to go around. The engine is backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission with a Hurst shifter transferring the power to a 12-bolt posi-traction rear with 4:56 gears coilovers and a ladder-bar rear suspension. In 2008 the car was updated with Air Ride and Fat Man drop spindles were added. Stopping power comes from Stainless Steel Brake Company disc brakes at all four corners. This beautiful custom rolls on Billet Specialties wheels with BFGoodrich tires up front and big Mickey Thompson tires on the rear. The interior features more molding going on from the dash to the waterfall console. The dash is filled with a nice billet panel holding six Auto Meter gauges. The car is also equipped with power windows doors and trunk. This beautiful and unique car has won awards at many major shows including Goodguys Super Chevy Hot Rod Popular Hot Rodding and ISCA. It has been featured in Chevy Action magazine and was the jacket cover for a Pro-Street video sold nationwide. It was one of the cars featured in the Super Chevy Trading Card sets and was on the cover of the December 1991 issue of Popular Hot Rodding magazine where it was also the centerfold. More recently it was a feature car for the Hershey AACA Museum Custom Car display.

It has had a complete tune up with a carburetor kit battery cables oil and filters a complete brake job including shoes wheel cylinder and hoses.
