Payment Instructions: All credit cards will be charged within 24 hours of auction ending after invoices have been sent out. 5.1% sales tax will be charged to all Wisconsin Residents and those out of state picking up at auction site. Payments for shipping needs will be handled between yourself and the UPS Shipper at the buyers expense.

Shipping Instructions: All items needing shipping will be taken to the UPS Store listed below by 12/15. Contact them at the number listed to receive an estimate of shipping costs and arrange for payment directly with them. The only items that may be taken to the USPS will be unbreakable items that can be shipped by priority mail at buyers cost.

Checkout Date & Times: Email auction company at: info@believeinauctions.com once the invoice has been received to notify them of a pick up or need for shipping. All shipping will be through the UPS and picks ups will be scheduled by appt. as there are two locations.

Driving Directions: Pick up locations are: N66 W28377 Meissner st Hartland, WI lots 172-219 & 226-273. 805 Briar Ridge Dr E Brookfield, WI lots 1-171 & 220-225 by appt. only on Wednesday, December 14 and Thursday December 15 1-4pm.Contact : info@believeinaucitons.com to arrange appointment as space is limited Please bring a copy of your invoice to pick up. All cards will be charged following invoice delivery to you. All attempts will be made to have item at one location if possible.
