Should a dispute arise between Belle City Resale LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Racine County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid to them at the address they provided to register. Successful bidders will be added to future auction email notifications, and receive emails about upcoming auctions. Simple one time opt out is provided with each email, if you choose to discontinue receiving these. Items at the shippers (The UPS Store) for more than 30 days without contact/arrangement for shipping will be considered abandoned and be discarded or resold with no refund to buyer. Items not paid for within 10 days are considered abandoned and are forfeited. Non paying buyers will be reported to Proxibid as non paying which will block them from all future Proxibid auctions. Belle City Resale also blocks non-paying bidders from ALL future participation in our events.
