BUYERS WHO CANNOT TAKE POSSESSION OF A PURCHASED FIREARM: Firearms are paid for before your background check. If you don't pass the background check you'll still own the firearm but cannot possess it. In this case you may direct us to transfer your purchase to another FFL who may purchase it from you or possibly sell it for you on consignment, or you may discuss having us sell it for you.
