You are solely responsible for knowing and following yours. 6) Lastly, the paragraph that most all of our buyers need not be concerned with: We reserve the right to charge for chasing bad funds, re-shipping to changed addresses, transporting and storing items, delaying shipments, expediting shipments, disassembling items, accommodating special and sometimes odd requests, etc. Until things get settled we're not shipping to Kansas. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card charge-backs and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any concerns. Bennett Auction Service will refund Bidder directly for all legitimate claims.
