It's ultimately the Bidder's responsibility to assess condition, age, authenticity, value and other determinative factors and to know what they are bidding on. We offer an inspection period to all, and invite long distance bidders to call with any questions. 2) We primarily do estate work and also sell on consignment. Since we don't own the merchandise we sell, we cannot accept returns. Although Proxibid refers to our auction company as "Seller", we are not; our client is in fact the Seller and they are often deceased. Therefore, all property is sold as-is and all sales are final. 3) Please understand that our Seller often times needs your purchases removed from the premises on schedule. If you cannot make pick up day and your items are not shippable, please call to see if we can accommodate another time or date BEFORE you bid.
