Your credit card will be charged initially for your purchase, then once again for shipping when your package goes out.

It is the Bidder’s responsibility to assess condition, age, authenticity, value and other determinative factors. Bennett Auction Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item or lot and any pertinent information about it, and shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item or lot itself. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card charge backs and shall contact Bennett Auction Service directly with disputes and/or claims.
