TRANSFER OF FIREARMS: Purchasing a firearm from our licensed premises is just like buying it from any other retail outlet. We do background checks and call-ins or ship to your designated FFL for transfer. COSTS OF FIREARMS TRANSFER: Buyer pays the WI Handgun Hotline fee of $10, plus a $20 fee for the multiple handgun paperwork, if applicable. BUYERS WHO CANNOT TAKE POSSESSION OF A PURCHASED FIREARM: Firearms are paid for before your background check. If you don't pass, you still own the firearm but cannot possess it. In this case you may direct us to transfer your purchase to another FFL who will sell it for you or you may discuss having us sell it for you. If you abandon a firearm, we necessarily reserve the right to OTHER RESTRICTED/REGULATED ITEMS: You are solely responsible for knowing what you can or cannot legally own.
