Payment Instructions: At the conclusion of the auction winning bidder must contact Biddle Auction Company LLC on Tuesday January 24th 2017 from 12:00-5pm Eastern Standard for processing of winning bidder's total amount due which will include buyer's premium, sales tax and winning bid amount. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Cash for local bidders. NO CHECKS. The winning bidder will pay the total amount on this day and will be charged an additional shipping and handling charge to their credit card by Biddle Auction Company LLC upon shipping of the purchased item. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. Biddle Auction Company LLC is not responsible for any lost, broken, damaged, or misplaced items. The winning bidder is responsible for full payment of winning bid amount, buyer's premium, sales tax, within 24 hours of end of auction. If an item is not paid for after 3 days then the winning bidder will still be responsible for the amount and after 3 days the winning bidder will be charged a restocking fee of $25. If a dispute should arise from the winning bidder where refusal to pay shipping is the result, after 3 days the item becomes the sole property of Biddle Auction Company LLC to do with as seen necessary and winning bidder will still be charged winning bid amount, sales tax and buyer's premium. Shipping Instructions: Shipping and handling cost is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. We will charge the winning bidder the shipping cost which will include shipping box or padded envelope, packing materials and an additional $3.50 USD. handling fee for each shipped package. We will do our very best to combine multiple purchases to cut down shipping costs. Items will be shipped out in 2-3 business days after completion of auction and after full payment of winning bid amount, buyer's premium, sales tax and shipping and handling have been received by Biddle Auction Company LLC.
