The mobile classroom units are being sold AS IS WHERE IS, Biddle Auction Company LLC and Warsaw Community School Corporation are not responsible for any accidents, lost, stolen or damaged units. No expressed, intended, written or implied warranties or guarantees are being given by Biddle Auction Company LLC or Warsaw Community School Corporation. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer to be knowledgeable of any permits, restrictions or fees associated with the purchase, removal or transport of the mobile classrooms. The winning bidder will be responsible for removal of all the mobile classroom units successfully won by bidder at bidder's expense. NOT INCLUDED IN THE BID AMOUNT! A SEPERATE MOBILE TRANSPORT CHARGE IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSPORT OF EACH MOBILE CLASSROOM UNIT AT THE WINNING BIDDER'S EXPENSE AND MUST BE TRANSPORTED BY A CERTIFIED AND LICENSED MOBILE TRANSPORT COMPANY. ALL MOBILE CLASSROOM UNITS MUST BE REMOVED BY JANUARY 28TH 2017.
