No onsite bidding There will be a 5% buyer's premium on non-titled items, and a 5.5% buyer's premium for titled items. Sales tax will be charged on all non-titled items. All non-titled lots will be subject to 10.25% Sales Tax Terms & Conditions: 1) Buyer must contact Seller within 24 hours of auction end. 2) Payment must be received (money wire, check) by seller within 5 business days of auction. 3) Buyer of non-titled lots is responsible for paying 10.25% sales taxes, shipping, or any other charges that may apply. 4) Any permits or other required services needed for equipment removal is the Buyer’s responsibility. 5) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EQUIPMENT SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS”. Seller represents NO WARRANTIES, written or implied. 6) Transportation of equipment must take place within 10 days of auction end. Highest bidder will be supplied with scheduled load out/ pickup times that will be clearly stated by Black Star following the sale. 7) With e-check payments, funds may take 5-10 days to fully clear. In the event that an e-check does not clear for whatever reason, Black Star maintains ownership of the purchased item until sufficient funds are provided and have cleared. 8) Any lots remaining onsite after 10 days will be subject to a storage fee of $100 per day per lot. 9) Shipping is not offered on this lot & is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
