76th Anniversary of the “Backgate Farm Auction”!!! Blackmon Auctions welcomes buyers and sellers, from all over the country, for this sale every year. The “Backgate Auction” features 4 straight days of auctioning items, such as; Tractors, Combines, Pickers, Big & Small Farm Implements, Lawn & Landscape Items, Heavy Equipment, Big Trucks, Grain Trailers, Personal Vehicles, ATV’s & Side By Sides, Boats, Support Equipment, Small Miscellaneous Items & So Much More!! There will be food trucks onsite daily for BBQ, Burgers, Steak On A Stick, Drinks & Snacks, etc… So bring the family, bring a friend or bring both!! If you’ve never been to The “Backgate Auction”, come see us; and if you’re a Backgate regular, we look forward to seeing you again!

Payment Instructions: Online Buyer's Fee - 10% Buyers Fee Payment Due: All payments must be submitted to Blackmon Auctions by one of the approved methods within 24 hours of the closing of the auction. All open accounts after the due period will be sent to collections and all online accounts flagged from bidding. Accepted Payment Methods - Wire Transfer (Preferred), Credit Card (Your bank may charge up too or more than a 3% Service Charge), Overnight Check with Bank contact information to verify funds, Cash paid at our Little Rock, AR Office or onsite. Sales Tax: 0.00%

Shipping Instructions: All items must be removed within 7-10 days of the auction unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions. You or your transport company must have a paid receipt to pick up your item! We will not allow an item to leave the yard without showing a paid receipt. Loaders charge minimum of $10 per lift to load. There is a small loading ramp at this yard. Please send the appropriate trailer for your pickup. * We do have forklifts and boom lifts available to assist in loading your items. ***ONLINE & ONSITE BIDDERS*** After 7-10 days, the gate will be locked and there will NOT be a forklift or crew onsite to assist you with loading your items. This will make pickup extremely difficult and inconvenient for all involved. Blackmon Auctions is not responsible for lost or stolen items left after the loadout time period. At 5:00 Friday February 28 the gate will be locked and no one will be onsite until Monday March 3. Any items remaining after 03/10 will be moved to Lonoke.
Preview Date & Times: All items can be inspected 1 week before auction day during regular business hours - Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. For more information please contact us.

To be approved to bid: To all Bidders - We do not consider the time or amount of items bought though Proxibid for approval. We have our own rules and terms for approval. If you are a current and established customer with Blackmon Auctions, register and send a quick email to doug@blackmonauctions.com and billy@blackmonauctions.com. Include your Blackmon Buyer Number and/or the name you buy under. If not an established Blackmon buyer we will need much of the following: - A letter from your bank and banking & banker contact information - Your Business Address - Your Web Site - Business Reference - An indication of (Item(s)/Dollar Amount) what you plan on bidding on in this auction - Acknowledgment from you that you understand the terms and you will pay for those purchases the day of or the day after the auction via wire transfer and remove those purchases within one week of the auction. Special Approvals may require a 10% deposit 48 hours before auction day. If you plan to use a lender to make payment, you must contact Blackmon Auctions 72 hours before auction day for approval to bid.
