There is a small loading dock at this facility. Much better to send detach trailers for the big equipment. Trucks and smaller equipment should be able to be loaded onto a step deck at the dock. Make SURE that your nroker AND trucking company AND THE DRIVER have a copy of your auction receipt when he/she arrives on site. We will NOT release a $100,000 piece of equipment to a driver just because he pulls in and says he wants "Lot # 104"! Thanks!
