After 30 years in the industry, Wayne Cole of Cole Timber & Logging, Inc. is retiring from logging to pursue other interests. All items at this auction (with the exception of a few) are coming in from jobs and off the road in the past couple of weeks. Mr. Cole was a hands-on owner/operator and his equipment is good! This auction won’t last long — so be on time onsite or online.

Payment Instructions: To all Bidders - The name you register to bid with is the name that will be used when we issue invoices and titles. If you need those in different names you must reply to the email from doug@blackmonauctions.com that will be sent with invoices and payment instructions after the auction! Online Buyer's Fee -14% BUYERS FEE ON ALL ITEMS WITH NO CAP. Invoices - All invoices will be emailed at the end of the auction. and are sent to the email address you provided. (This invoice email will also have ADDRESS and DIRECTIONS and REMOVAL DATES & TIMES - SEND THESE TO YOUR TRUCK DRIVER/BROKER.) Upon receipt of payment, paid invoices may not be sent out automatically. If you don't receive one and would like one please reply to the email or email accounting@blackmonauctions.com. Payment Due: Please send payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. If it will take you longer than that reply to the email from Doug ASAP. Payment Methods - Wire Transfer (Preferred), Credit Card (3% Service Charge will be added), Overnight Check (5423 Kavanaugh Blvd, Little Rock, AR 72207), Cash paid at Kavanaugh Office. Terms – We have provided as much information as we could gather in a timely manner – We have provided time and opportunity for all buyers to inspect the items before they bid and this is the buyer's responsibility. All items will be sold in the “as-is” condition.

Shipping Instructions: BLACKMON AUCTIONS DOES NOT SHIP OR PACKAGE ITEMS FOR BIDDERS. BIDDERS MUST LOAD AND REMOVE THEIR ITEMS, THAT INCLUDES ANY RIGGING. All items must be removed from the sale site within five (5) days of the auction unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions.***Please note: There is NO loading dock at this location. Please bring the appropriate trailer to transport your items.***If you will be brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice! No items will be allowed to leave without a paid receipt.
Preview Date & Times: Inspect equipment the day before the auction on from 8 AM to 4 PM. Blackmon Auctions staff will be onsite to register and assist you with any questions. Early inspection can be done by appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be removed from the sale site within five (5) days of the auction unless you have made prior arrangements.Please note: There is NO loading dock at this location. Please bring the appropriate trailer to transport your items.

To be approved to bid: To all Bidders - If you are a current and established customer with Blackmon Auctions, register and send a quick email to doug@blackmonauctions.com and billy@blackmonauctions.com. Include your Blackmon Buyer Number and/or the name you buy under. If not an established Blackmon buyer we may need some/much of the following: - A letter from your bank and banking & banker contact information - Your Business Address - Your Web Site - Business Reference - An indication of (Item(s)/Dollar Amount) what you plan on bidding on in this auction - Acknowledgment from you that you understand the terms and you will pay for those purchases the day of or the day after the auction via wire transfer and remove those purchases within one week of the auction. We may require a 10% deposit 48 hours before the auction . If you plan to use a finance company, please contact billy@blackmonauctions.com at least 24 hours before the auction.
