TYPE OF AUCTION,
This will be an online only auction.
Bidding will begin a few days before the auction.
You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can
also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid?s
automated system will bid for you along the bid
increments. You can bid during the closing of the
auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last
minute of bidding a 60 second extension will be
added.

on all purchases. An additional 4 % will be charged
for the online bidding service resulting in a total Of

Load Out/Equipment Removal,
There may be a little assistance with Load Out/Equipment Removal Stay tuned. Please start planning item removal now. Please send your driver with the proper trailer for the load. There is NOT a loading dock on site. Please have your items removed within about a week if possible. This auction is being conducted at Matson Construction yard, NOT a Blackmon Auctions yard. Upon payment, you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice ? BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Any items left after 7 days will be subject to storage fees and more.
