Condition of Equipment – Although Blackmon nor CW&W offer guarantees or warranties, every item in this auction functions as it should based on age and miles and hours – Much of this equipment is on the job at this printing! Only a few items where noted have mechanical issues (A couple motors in pickups went bad recently and the decision has been made to not repair). Everything else comes off jobs working and is ready for your job.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping – Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items. We suggest customers contact a local shipping company that is used to/capable of handling industrial type items and have them quote this for you. Our team will assist if the shipping company is able to complete their task(s) in the load out time stated in our terms. Load Out \ Equipment Removal – There will be a forklift to assist loading for a few days. I don’t believe there is a loading dock on site. Please have your items removed within about a week if at all possible. This auction is being conducted at the CW&W not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
