Shipping Instructions: Load Out \ Equipment Removal – There will be a forklift to assist loading for a few days. I don’t believe there is a loading dock on site. Please have your items removed by Friday, June 9 if at all possible. Of course if you buy a big item and shipping takes a little longer that will be fine. This auction is being conducted at the J Taylor Yard, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Condition of Equipment – These items are on the job/road working! So the hours and mileages will be added to. The photos you are looking at are the machines on the jobs. They will be cleaned up and ready for transport by auction day!
Preview Date & Times: Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only call Billy at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability

To be approved to bid: To all Bidders - We do not consider the time or amount of items bought though Proxibid for approval. We have our own rules and terms for approval. If you are a current and established customer with Blackmon Auctions, register and send a quick email to doug@blackmonauctions.com and billy@blackmonauctions.com. Include your Blackmon Buyer Number and/or the name you buy under. If not an established Blackmon buyer we will need much of the following: - A letter from your bank and banking & banker contact information - Your Business Address - Your Web Site - Business Reference - An indication of (Item(s)/Dollar Amount) what you plan on bidding on in this auction - Acknowledgment from you that you understand the terms and you will pay for those purchases the day of or the day after the auction via wire transfer and remove those purchases within one week of the auction. Special Approvals may require a 10% deposit 48 hours before auction day. If you plan to use a lender to make payment, you must contact Blackmon Auctions 72 hours before auction day for approval to bid.
