TRANSPORT FEE: $5 for small items, $10 for multiple or larger items. If they do not fit in my car, I will not transport them and they will be forfeit. FURNITURE IS NOT TRANSPORTABLE. They will be transported to the Gallery at 502 O'Neal Street, Belton, SC 29627. Pickup for gallery is Monday and Tuesday 2:30-6:00. If you do not pick up your items by the SECOND Tuesday following the Auction, your items will be forfeit. There are no refunds, you bid you buy. We do not have the means to store your items indefinitely.

Regarding NON-Paid auction purchases: ALL UNPAID INVOICES WILL BE DISPUTED WITH PROXIBID! You will also be blocked from future bidding and your items will be forfeit.

Reinstatement is at the discretion of the auction house. The invoice must be paid regardless of whether the items are forfeit or available and a fee of $25 will be assessed to unblock your account.

NON-LOCAL SHIPPING IS AUTOMATIC. If you have an out of area/state address on your account but live locally, you MUST LET ME KNOW THAT YOU ARE LOCAL SO IT DOESN'T GET PACKED. You will be charged a handling fee if it is packed and then picked up. Please include your name.

If you do not pay for shipping within one month of auction end, your items will be forfeit. An 18% buyers premium will be added to every purchase with credit card payment. LOCAL PICK UP: There is a 3% discount for cash paid on pickup. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOU WILL BE BLOCKED. YOU BID YOU BUY. No warranties or guarantees on items. We try to photograph or note defects found. However, some items could not be tested for functionality prior to the auction. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect or ask questions of any items prior to sale. Blue Dog Treasures is not responsible for omissions or errors in the descriptions of any items. Blue Dog Treasures is also not responsible for internet or website connection issues that prevent bidding. Leave a pre-bid just to be on the safe side if internet issues are a problem.
