TERMS & CONDITIONS: Everything sells “As is, Where is”. All items must be Paid in Full by end of business day. PAYMENTS Cash, wire transfers, cashier’s check, or personal check (accompanied by current “Bank Letter Guarantee”) made payable to Bryan Auction Co. Credit Card payments will be accepted and a 3.5% surcharge fee will be added. Payment is due on the day of the sale. BUYER'S PREMIUM On-Site buyer’s premium: 4.5% for purchases $10,000 (excluding sales tax) and above Online buyer’s premium: 6.5% for purchases $10,000 (excluding sales tax) and above 10% for purchases $9,999.99 (excluding sales tax) and below for ALL Buyers SALES TAX (& EXEMPTIONS) Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous items but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH SALE. Sales Tax will be charged at 7% for attachments and 5% for equipment (unless an exemption applies) PICK UP All purchased items must be picked up within 14 days of sale at the auction location: 1042 Jackson Ave Oelwein, IA 50662 **A receipt indicating “PAID IN FULL” must be present before an item is released. ** Vehicle Titles will be sent via mail within 14 days after payment is received from the buyer.
