Winning bidders will receive an invoice via email directly from Proxibid, which will have an option for them to charge a credit card for their items (plus any taxes and/or processing fees).
Please Note: Rosen and Company / Buddy Barton Auctions do not have access to bidder credit card information. If the credit card on file is declined, bidder may be subject to an additional $35.00 fee. To avoid this charge, please confirm your information is updated with Proxibid before auction closing by calling them directly at 887-505-7770.
PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSING
IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED, IT IS THE WINNING BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE AUCTION COORDINATOR WITH UPDATED CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS CREDIT CARDS AT TIME OF PICK-UP.
BIDDERS WITH UNPAID INVOICES, WHO HAVE NOT TAKEN ACTION TO REACH OUT TO AUCTION COORDINATOR TO PAY THEIR OUTSTANDING INVOICE, WILL HAVE THEIR CARD ON FILE WITH PROXIBID CHARGED. IF THE CARD DOES NOT GO THROUGH, THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO PROXIBID.

Items must be picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times. Failure to do so may, at the auction house's sole discretion, lead to forfeiture or daily charges. Please contact the auction house PRIOR TO BIDDING for any special arrangements that you may need
Winning bidders for all items are responsible for safe and proper removal of item(s). Please bring additional help along with packing and moving materials to ensure you can successfully pick your items up
Any special arrangements or services, IF AVAILABLE, and at Auction House's discretion, are subject to additional fees; these services may include, but are not limited to: pick-up arrangements outside of posted days/times, forklift loading, and/or daily storage
Rosen & Barton does not ship items. However, you may contact a Mover or local UPS agent directly to arrange for them to pick up and ship your items to you. See below for more Information
