PLEASE NOTE: 

Large kitchen items that have to be disconnected from gas or water lines may require additional time for safe and proper removal.  Winning bidder's of large kitchen items must coordinate directly with the auction coordinator for safety and logistics reasons. Please reach out to the auction coordinator directly at Alex@bidrosen.com or TEXT Kevin @ 330-382-5151 to make arrangements for item pick up for these items.

Winning bidders for all items are responsible for safe and proper removal of item(s) and may take no more than 1 foot of copper line or piping past each component when removing, if applicable. Rosen & Barton will not have available staff to assist with bidders pick up. Please bring additional help along with packing and moving materials to ensure you can successfully pick your items up. Should you have questions, please ask PRIOR to bidding.

SHIPPING: Rosen & Barton does not ship items. However, you may contact a Rigger, Mover or our local UPS agent directly to arrange for them to pick up and ship your items to you. UPS can be reached by email at: Store0731@theupsstore.com or by calling 440-637-5938.
