Payment Instructions: WINNING BIDDERS: Step #1: After the auction, you will receive an invoice for the PURCHASE PRICE of the items you won on our auction. If you do NOT wish your item(s) to be shipped or you have a change of shipping address, you must respond within 2 business days. Call 260-768-7616 or email customerservice@chauctions.com Step #2: We will package your item(s) and email an invoice with shipping cost. Once the shipping cost is added to the invoice, it will not be removed! Items will not be shipped until payment is made. Step #3: Once the invoice is paid, your item will ship and you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not submitted payment as of 4 days after receiving your invoice, you credit card may be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items!! ABSENTEE, ONLINE OR PHONE BIDDERS: Credit card ONLY. IN-HOUSE BIDDERS: Cash, check or credit card accepted for Auction attendees (5% Buyer Premium waived if paying with cash or check). Auction attendees (in-house) paying with cash or check will pay NO Buyer Premium!! Payment will be expected within 2 weeks of the auction date. Shipping Instructions: SHIPPING TERMS: Items marked WILL NOT SHIP will need to have transportation arranged by the buyer. Chupp Auctions will ship most items at Buyer's expense via USPS, UPS or FedEx. For those wishing to pick-up locally, you must contact our office within 2 business days of the auction to inform us of your plans. Items must be picked up within 2 months unless prior arrangements are made with Chupp Auctions. **Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping. Each lot that needs to be pallet shipped will also incur an extra $25 charge for time and supplies. ** NOTICE: Other items that may require special handling, disassembling, extra time or supplies may incur extra charges.
Preview Date & Times: Preview of auction items is available the week of the auction. Building hours are 8:00-4:30 EST Monday-Friday.
Checkout Date & Times: Payment will be expected within 2 weeks of the auction date. Items purchased will remain in our possession until payment is made. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 EST.
