Special Terms
Any mineral rights owned by Seller will be conveyed to Buyer at closing. Lease is open for 2021. All acres noted are +/-, and boundary lines are approximate. The farm will be sold on taxable acres and in as-is, where-is condition.
Immediately following the close of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement to be emailed to address on file. The purchase contract will be signed and returned to the Seller’s attorney either by e-mail, fax or hand delivered to attorney’s office by 4:00 p.m. the day of the auction.
The successful bidder will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit as outlined in the Payment Instructions. Balance due upon closing. Closing to occur on or before April 19, 2021, subject to rights of the current tenant.
