NOTE: Oregon residents purchasing firearms pay $35 for a background check and must fill out ATF form 4473. State Police background check times vary wildly and there is the possibility you will not be able to take your item(s) with you.

Payment notes: You will receive an invoice following the auction with a clickable box to make payment on Proxibid's Payrix system. Note, they will collect local sales tax.

We will accept credit cards on purchases up to $2,500. On purchases exceeding that amount we may ask for a wire transfer.

Payment Instructions: Your invoice will have a "click here to pay" button. This is a new Proxibid feature. Please ensure you have adequate credit on the card you have on file with Proxibid. Shipping Instructions: We charge $5.00 per box packaging and handling fee. If you have won several lots and they will all fit in one box, then you only pay the $5.00. Larger Items, requiring special boxes or glassware requiring additional packaging will incur a minimal fee of $10.00 plus the charge of any special packing that may be required. Small items will be sent USPS priority mail, insured. Larger items may be sent FedEx Home Delivery or ground rate. We will do our best to find the cheapest, way to get your items to you safely. Furniture, large and heavy items are the responsibility of the buyer to secure shipping arrangements. Please contact us for assistance. Shipping expense is your responsibility.

Checkout Date & Times: Invoice will be sent to winning bidders with link to make payment through Proxibid's Payrix system. Local winners can also pay at time of pickup.

* All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. Neither Capitol Auction & Estate Services LLC or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, or period of the property. By registering for a bidding number, either in person, on-line or when placing an absentee, telephone, or facsimile (fax) bid, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied. *A premium of twenty (20) percent will be added to the winning bid price of on-line buyers and will be payable as a part of the total purchase price. On purchases exceeding $2,000.00, we may ask for payment via wire transfer to our bank. Titled motor vehicles must be paid for with cash, local bank cashier check or wire transfer. Capitol Auction reserves the option to hold purchases until authorization is obtained on credit cards or cashier checks. No lot may be transferred to another buyer. * By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Capitol Auction. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name.
