Model 1902 Commercial Fat Barrel Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol, #23417, 9mm, 4'' barrel, blue finish with straw small parts, walnut grips, blank chamber, DWM marked toggle, scalloped toggle knobs, lower portion of thumb safety polished bright, front of frame stamped ''Germany'' beneath serial number. Considered very rare with approx. quantity mfg'd of 500 to 600. Condition is fair to good retaining approx. 75% thinning and toning blue. Approx. 30% straw colors remain to trigger and takedown latch, with very little to thumb safety. Grips show moderate to severe flattening of checks, with small loss to left panel beneath thumb safety; right panel with 1'' sliver missing just above mag release. Action is good, bore is very good. 1900 Swiss Commercial Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Holster, #1264, .30 Luger cal., 4-3/4'' barrel, blue finish, cross in sunburst crest above chamber, DWM marked toggle with dished knobs, factory checkered walnut grips, nickel-plated wood base magazine with metal insert. Condition is about fine retaining approx. 92% rust blue finish with light wear at muzzle, forward lugs of frame, and highpoints of sideplate, with thinning to front and back grip strap. Thinning and light toning to straw finished parts. Grips with light to just moderate flattening to checks. Blued extractor appears to be a later replacement. Action is crisp, bore is bright. Two-position rear sight, ''Gesichert'' marked in original lower position and remaining unaltered, flat checkered toggles, military crown-''M'' proofmarks, with grip safety. Late short frame with stock lug, wide trigger, and narrow triggerguard. Chamber area blank, toggle area marked DWM, blued extractor marked ''Geladen''. Condition is very good to near fine retaining approx. 92% original finish, with areas of light pitting along the left side frame flat. Grips show light flattening. Mismatched sideplate. Red Nine Military Contract Broomhandle Semi-Automatic Pistol, with matching combination shoulder stock/holster, and 1916 dated brown leather harness with accessories, #60455, 9mm, 5-1/2'' barrel, blue finish, 24-groove walnut grips with large number ''9'' that has been burned into the grip and filled in with red paint. Late adjustable rear sight calibrated from 50-500 yards, with crown-''U'' proofmark to left side of chamber, and German military acceptance mark to right side. Condition is excellent retaining approx. 97% original German rust blue with niter-blue extractor, rear sight elevator, safety, trigger, and grip screw. Grips show only light wear and very minor darkening. Action is good and crisp, bore is fine. Combination holster/shoulder stock remains in very good condition showing light scuffs and thinning to the original finish; attaching iron is numbered #455 and the finish has lightly thinned and toned, as has the hinge. Leather harness with maker's mark, as well as regimental markings to backside, remains in very good condition with mild scuffing and oil darkening. Walnut handled cleaning rod is present.
