Auction Company is not responsible for missed internet bids, power outages, connection loss, technology issues. Auction Company recommends attending the auction for most successful bidding/buying experience. Live/Onsite bids take precedence over internet bids when conflict arises. 3. Shipping information is available through Auction Company. Vehicles not removed by October 7, 2018 will be moved to a storage facility at the Buyers expense ($150) and stored for 15 days at no charge. After 15 days, Buyer will incur storage fees of $20/day. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost and logistics of shipping. Carr Auction & Real Estate, Inc. is not responsible for shipping logistics.
