18% Buyers Premium on all online purchases. Ohio residents 6.5% sales tax. All sales final, inspect items and ask questions prior to bidding. Shipping: Buyer pays any and all shipping costs. Check the Oil Promotions will handle all shipping within ten business days of receipt of payment. All shipped items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at an additional and exact cost to the buyer. Items will not be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. Buyers will receive an email notice when the won lot(s) with all shipping information. Shipping charges will reflect cost of supplies and labor, actual shipping fees from the provider, and insurance. Shipping charges will be charged separately from your post-auction invoice of won lot(s), buyer’s premium, and any applicable taxes. All items must be removed from site on the same day as the sale. Other pickup and delivery options may be available but arrangements must be made ahead of the sale. Ohio Sales tax will be charged to all Ohio resident buyers and for those bidding live in the crowd. If you buy online and we ship to you out of state, no sales tax is charged. If you have a sales tax resale certificate you will be exempt, but we must have a copy of the certificate. If you receive a damaged item, all packaging including the box & packaging material must be saved in order to process the claim. Contact us immediately and we will work with you to get the issue resolved.
