Shipping Instructions: All items to be shipped will be dropped off at the UPS Store in Taylors, SC. The UPS Store will charge for packing & shipping of items. Shipping cost and all other fees charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing shipping payment information to the UPS store.
Preview Date & Times: Preview will be December 13th, 2017 from 9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.
Checkout Date & Times: Please be on time for pickup. Pick up time is December 18th, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. We cannot ship furniture and any large items. Due to the sell of the house, all items need to be removed during the pick up time.

All items sold as is where is. No warranties are implied or expressed. All sales are final. All items must be picked up during the designated pick up time. Any items not picked up during pick up time will be resold with the proceeds going to the auction company unless a prior shipping arrangement has been made with the auctioneer. For any questions concerning this auction please contact Sammy Clary at 864 354-1180. If you are planning on having your items shipped, please don't bid unless Proxibid has a valid phone number on file for you. We cannot leave items at the UPS Store without a phone number where they can contact you. Any item left longer than 30 days will be resold and the proceeds will go to the auction company to pay for storage.
