Checkout Date & Times: Please be on time for pickup. Pick up time is 2:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M on February 15th 2016 at 711 Windsor Drive Anderson SC 29621. Due to the sellers having sold the home, all items must be moved during the pick up time.

All items sold as is where is. No warranties are implied or expressed. All sales are final. All items must be picked up during the designated pick up time. Any items not picked up during pick up time will be resold with the proceeds going to the auction company unless a prior shipping arrangement has been made with the auctioneer. If you are planning on having your items shipped, please don't bid unless Proxibid has a valid phone number on file for you. We cannot leave items at the UPS Store without a phone number where they can contact you. Any item left longer than 30 days will be resold and the proceeds will go to the auction company to pay for storage.
