Terms and Conditions Participation Requirements: A valid credit card is required for bidding approval. Payment: Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order, wire transfer, or major credit card. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 3% processing fee. Payment is required within 72 hours of the winning bid. Buyer’s Premium: 10% Total Price: The total price is equal to the winning bid plus 10% buyer's premium, plus 3% credit card fee (if applicable), plus applicable tax. Shipping: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Classic Vehicle Auctions LLC does not ship. Item pick up: All items must be removed from the auction site within one week of the winning bid. Any items not removed within this time period are subject to a $25 per day storage charge. Bidders will be held personally responsible for any bids placed with their bidding number. The highest bidder for each lot shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer shall have absolute discretion to either settle the dispute or re-offer the lot for sale. The Auctioneer has described the Lot(s) in the catalog to the best of their ability and belief from information furnished by the Consignor(s) who shall be alone responsible for any error or miss-statement, which there may be. The Auctioneer undertakes no liability whatever in respect of any faults, deficiencies and errors of any description, oral or printed, nor do they accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness, origin, age, condition or quality of any Lot(s) and all statements as to these matters whether contained in the catalog or made orally are statements of opinion only and not to be taken as being or implying a statement or representation of fact failure to be informed will not constitute reversal of bid. Once an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for payment - no exceptions. Each and every Lot is sold 'as is, where is'. The Auctioneer provides no guarantees or warranties (express or implied) in respect of the Equipment contained in the Lot. All representations made by the Auctioneer, its servants or agents are to be considered lay opinions only and the Auctioneer and Auction Company accept no liability for any purchase made by a Buyer in reliance upon them. The Buyer agrees to insure the Equipment purchased against all losses from the Auction Date until removal of the Equipment by the Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges by his or her participation in this auction, that he/she and the auction company hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and local courts of Jackson County, Georgia, United States of America for the purpose of any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Auction, and further agree not to commence any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Auction except in state and local courts of Jackson County, Georgia, United States of America. The Buyer acknowledges by his or her participation in the auction that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth.
