Clayton Auction Co. has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog(s) to accurately describe each item. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion, and are made in good faith. All items are sold As Is, Where Is, and No Returns allowed. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspection during open house/inspection periods, and no allowance will be made for inadvertent errors in cataloging, authenticity, or imperfections not specifically noted. It is in your best interest as the buyer to conduct your own inspection prior to bidding. A failure to do so is part of your responsibility as an online buyer and Clayton Auction Co. will not be held liable for any imperfections you might find upon delivery of your item. All sales are final ~ a bid is a legally binding contract between purchaser and Clayton Auction Co. The auction company reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. All State and Federal Regulations Apply to Firearm purchases. You MUST be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a hand gun. If you are outside those parameters, please DO NOT bid. Clayton Auction Co. will not be held responsible in the event of any type of internet/computer malfunction while an auction is in progress. Buyer Premium: The buyers premium listed above will apply to all winning online bidders. Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice from the auction company within 24 hrs. of the end of auction. All accounts must be settled within 72 hrs. Wire Transfers are the preferred payment method with a fee of $25. Checks will be accepted if delivered within the 72 hr. timeframe. Credit cards are also accepted with a 3% fee added to all credit card purchases. If you plan to pay with a credit card, call our office at 731-934-4879. SHIPPING: Guns will be shipped by TNT Gun broker out of Foley, AL. A $75 flat shipping fee per gun will be charged. If multiple guns are purchased, we will try to consolidate shipping fees if possible. Additional shipping costs may apply to certain states. You may take onsite guns home as long as you pass the background check. Pickup must be completed by the 10th day after the conclusion of the Auction. If you are not picking up your firearms the day of the Auction, pickup location will be TNT Guns TOO in Foley, AL. If it is closer to you, you may also pick up the firearms at TNT Guns in Selmer, TN after they have been delivered from AL to TN. If payment is not received within the 72 hr. window the buyer will forfeit their rights to bid at Clayton Auction Co. in the future. All bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted, to insure adequate communication between Clayton Auction Co., and their purchasers throughout any transaction. General Information: The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance and/or reject any bids, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in any bidding disputes, and has final authority to name a bidder as the final purchaser. The auctioneer or auction company shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' or unseen bids. Clayton Auction Co. reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. Clayton Auction Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any person, or to cancel any auction at any time for any reason. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by Clayton Auction Co. in the collection of funds owed. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to any unpaid balance due the auction company, as well as any other costs or losses incurred due to the purchasers failure to adhere to these terms.
