These guns are Extremely rare, as CT (Tim) Brian does not mass produce, almost like an artist, each gun receives an enormous amount of time and painstaking detail. Almost each part is replaced with custom machined pieces made by hand. CT Brian is not accepting orders at this time and is rumored to be years behind in back log. This is a rare opportunity to not only obtain one of his guns, but also the exact one that was featured in the widely publicized Guns&Ammo magazine. Gun starts out as a Kimber Ultra Carry and then packed with Features including: Narrowed slide, Barrel throated & feed ramp properly angled and polished, Tritium Slant Pro Fixed Sights, Ejection port lowered and flared, Match grade extractor - re cut, adjusted and polished, Flush Fit hammer & grip safety, Extended tactical thumb safety, Aluminum match trigger, Trigger job (4 lbs.), Front strap checkered at 30 lines per inch, Mainspring housing contoured and checkered at 30 lines per inch. Must Ship to FFL or C&R holder Condition: Overall this rates Very Good with just a couple of tiny oxidation spots on the barrel. The bores are in nice condition and free of any dings or dents. The forearm has a 2" long chip on the top left hand side and the butt stock has just a couple of minor marks from handling. The lockup is tight and and the lever is just slightly right of 6:00. Single front silver bead sight sits on the 29" barrels marked "MADE OF SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID PRESSED STEEL HENRY ATKIN (FROM PURDEY'S) 2 JERMYN STREET HAYMARKET, LONDON". English scroll engraving on side locks and fences. Nitro proofed and duly marked as such on the barrel flats and water table. Bluing is extremely strong and brilliant. Splinter forend and straight English stock made with nicely figured exotic walnut. Auto ejectors and double triggers. Non auto safety. A gold inlaid number "3" is present on the break lever, barrel and forearm . True side-lock gun resembles that of a Purdey design, Henry Atkin originally apprenticed with Purdey and then branched off to his own quality production. Absolutely stunning Winchester model 12 features a well documented and executed panel scene with fine scroll engraving from one of the most famous and desired American master engravers Rudolph Kornbrath. Manufactured in 1928. Front Ivory bead sight and silver middle bead on the deep gloss 30" vent rib “Nickel Steel" barrel. Includes typical markings and proofs and marked “FULL" choke. The receiver is engraved with highly detailed scene of pheasants on the right and a bird dog on the left. The birds and dogs are surrounded by wedges of tight leafy scroll work with heavily detailed, shaded, backgrounds. The receiver is marked/signed “Engraved by Rudolph Kornbrath" on left panel in window with dog engraving. Marked “TRAP" under the serial number. The trigger guard is engraved to match. Expertly checkered forearm with free form carved accents and Monte Carlo stock with matching blue steel grip cap and solid black rubber Pacmayr recoil pad. Must Ship to FFL or C&R Condition: Excellent as expertly engraved by Kornbrath, and refinished accordingly. 98% bright polished blue finish remains with some rub marks on the underside of the barrel from cycling and one tiny spot of blue loss on the rib. Bolt has cycling wear on the jeweled side. The wood is excellent and free of distractions with only some handling scratches and faint crackling of the clear coat, consistent with age.
