Description Handsomely engraved Winchester model 64 standard lever action rifle chambered in .32 WS (Winchester Special). This example with serial number 1622798 and dating to 1949 features a 24" blued barrel with hooded front ramp and v-notch adjustable rear sight, half length blued magazine tube, 1near 100% scroll engraved receiver with bear and deer scenes highlighted by gold inlays, matching engraving on top of bolt, action, and lever portion surrounding the trigger outlined with gold inlay, and matching engraving on the front band. The hardwood standard style stocks have been carved with a matching scroll pattern with deep relief. There is no indication of the engraver. The letters "CV" are stamped in front of the trigger but most likely indicate assembler or inspector. Ships to FFL/C&R only. Condition: Excellent condition showing no signs of use if any. The blued finish is near perfect with the exception of a couple small nicks on the outside of the muzzle. The stock has a couple of very fine scratches just rear of the wrist on the left hand side. Checkered and carved deluxe walnut stock with Schnabel forend, capped pistol grip, and rubber Winchester butt pad. The receiver is drilled and tapped. Front and rear sling eyelets. The right side of the barrel is marked "1 of 1000". Comes in its factory box with matching serial number, wood display case, sling swivels, and factory paperwork. Signed on the left side of receiver by the engraver: Bottega C. Giovanelli. This specific Ultra Grade was used during the 1983-1984 show season as a display for U.S Repeating Arms in Shot Show, Antiques Arms Collectors Show, NRA Show and the Cover of the January 1985 issue of Rifle Magazine. Antique, Ships Direct to Buyer. Condition: Very Good showing an area of surface pitting about halfway down the top of the barrel. The receiver still shows a great deal of original blue finish and the lever still presents a hint of case coloring. The stocks show slightly worn checkering and scattered marks from handling and use. 1899 Winchester 94 .38-55 Win Lever Action Rifle

Description Winchester 94 chambered in .38-55 with a full length magazine tube and a 20" octagonal barrel. Made in 1899. Blued barrel, receiver, magazine tube, and loading gate. Case colored hammer, lever, and butt plate. Wood forend and butt stock. Rear buckhorn and front fixed blade iron sights. Must ship to FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very good with scratches, scuffs, dings, and patina on the finish and the wood. Spots of metal oxidation on most metal parts. The barrel has most of its bluing with sharp edge wear. The receiver appears to have been refinished at some point and is missing most of the finish and has older patina. The stock appears to have been refinished/sanded. There is a small crack in the left side of the receiver near the forend. Long thin crack on the left side of the butt stock. The bore has a light rust to it, but has visible rifling. This example features a 39" barrel with overall length 55"", a lock plate marked "Tower 1862" with crown of Queen Victoria, breech marked with "25" proof marks, walnut stock, brass butt plate, trigger guard, and fore end, iron barrel bands, and inlaid brass escutcheons. The butt plate is marked "A. CO. / AL. V." possibly indicating that it belonged to A Company, Alabama Volunteers. Antique and ships direct to buyer. Condition: Overall Very Good for the age showing spotted areas of light surface corrosion on the barrel with moderate spots of corrosion around the breach and lock plate. Stock is worn smooth showing no cracks but some signs of shrinkage. Bore is dark but still shows rifling. The sling swivels are missing and the ramrod may be a replacement. Manufactured circa 1811 in Canton, MA, R&C Leonard was one of 19 gunmakers contracted to produce this model of which about 5000 were manufactured. This features a 40" smooth bore barrel, three spring secured bands, Eagle/US marked lock plate bearing the CANTON name and 1811 date, and a full length black walnut stock with the distinctive Harpers Ferry comb and iron butt plate. Antique/Ships Direct to Buyer. Condition: Good with what appears to be a replacement middle band, missing frontmost barrel band spring, and trigger guard sling swivel.
