Driving Directions: From I-59 North/South - Take Mississippi Exit #4 (Kiln/Picayune exit), exit off onto Hwy 43 S (towards Kiln), travel approximately 12 miles, our facility is located on the right hand side of the road. From I-10 East/West - Take Exit #13 (Bay St. Louis/Kiln exit), exit off onto Hwy 603 North (towards Kiln/Picayune), continue 6 miles, turn left at the Hwy 43/Hwy 603 junction, Travel 6 miles on Hwy 43 S, our facility is located on the left hand side of the road directly after Cuevas Tractor

Special Terms

In placing a bid, I (bidder) understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that I have entered into a contract with Cuevas Auction. I agree to pay by wire transfer for all merchandise purchased and all taxes that may apply. I will be charged a buyers premium of 10% on the first $2500.00 and 1% thereafter, per item. I further understand that in addition to this Buyer's Premium I will also be charged a 2% Proxibid Internet Buyer's Fee per item. I understand that I must pay in full by wire transfer within 48hours of the end of sale. I further understand that if I do not pay within 48 hours, I will become liable for any and all expenses incurred by Cuevas Auction and the consignor of the said merchandise purchased by me. I further understand that Cuevas Auction cannot be held responsible or liable for any warranties, disclaimants, or liabilities written or implied.
