We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, bank/certified checks, wire transfers and money orders. Cash will be accepted at time of pick up with prior authorization by Dann Auctioneers. CREDIT CARD - All purchases made with a credit card will have a 3% convenience fee added to the total. LOCAL CHECKS by persons known by Dann Auctioneers, LLC, will be accepted with prior authorization. SALES TAX - Local 8% NYS Sales Tax based on item pickup location will be collected unless proper exemption documentation is on file with Dann Auctioneers, LLC. Shipping Instructions: Buyer solely responsible for removal of items from seller's premises. Local pickup in Penn Yan, NY will be available immediately following the auction on Saturday, 3/29. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Items left on seller's premises after the designated pickup times are subject to re-possession by the seller. Shipping is at the sole responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the item price. Buyer must make own arrangements with third party shipping company if items will be shipped. Shipping arrangements must be forwarded to Dann Auctioneers in order for items to be released to third party shippers.
