All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is." The auctioneer or auction company makes no definitive statements about the condition of each item being sold. We try our best to update buyers on the condition of the items (chips, cracks, etc.), but we are human! If you have specific questions about an item, please call or text auctioneer at (864)868-1800. LOCAL PICKUP TIMES: All items must be collected by the buyer on Thursday, April 3 from 9am - 2pm. THERE WILL BE NO OTHER TIME TO COLLECT THE ITEMS YOU HAVE WON! If items are not picked up by 2:01pm on Thursday April 3, items will be shipped at buyer's expense. No exceptions. DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: A $30 fee will be collected for any declined credit cards. Proxibid's customer service can help you make changes to your default credit card. Please contact them prior to the start of the auction to make any credit card changes. VIOLATION OF TERMS: If any buyer violates the special terms of this sale - including ignoring pickup times - or walks away without payment, auctioneer has the right to refuse buyer's registration for future auctions.
