All purchases must be paid with good negotiable U.S funds by Tuesday at 4:00pm following the auction. You may pay by cash, company or business check, wire transfers, or credit cards (please note the credit cards will have an additional 3% processing fee). All online buyers will be charged a 10% buyers premium. All on-site buyers will be charged a 3% BP for ticket totals 2000.00+ and 5% on others. All online bidders must register and be approved to bid through Proxibid. All items are sold are sold as is, where is! If an item has a title it will be noted so. If an item has a title Duncan Auctioneers has 45 days to produce a clean title. Buyer is responsibly for inspection, registration and title transfer. If an item is listed as a license receipt or bill of sale that is all you will receive from Duncan Auctioneers. Firearms will be sent to our local FFL dealer, buyer will be responsible for passing a background check for a fee of $25 at our local dealer or you may ship the firearm to your local FFL dealer.
