Description

The manufacturing side of Magnum trailers is retiring, the McLemore's have consigned Duncan Auctioneers to sell all of their manufacturing equipment at public auction. This auction will include, welders, lumber, metal, paint, trailer parts, tools, forklifts, some boat trailers & equipment trailers, 3 phase metal workers & iron workers, metal chop saws, punch press, plasma cutters, paint booth with oven room, lots of hand tools, saws, heat guns, c-clamps, bolts & bolt pins, lots and lots of great quality items!

Payment Instructions: All purchases must be paid by Tuesday following the sale by 4:00pm, no exceptions! You may pay with cash, check or credit card at the location of the sale, or you may wire the funds or pay with credit card over the phone. Please note there is a 3% office fee for any credit card purchases.

Shipping Instructions: NO SHIPPING!! Buyer is responsible for picking items up. Load out will be Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. All items need to be picked up by Friday following the auction. Due to this not being Duncan Auctioneers location, Friday will be the last day for load out unless other arrangements are made beforehand.
Preview Date & Times: You may preview items, Thursday or Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm or the morning before the auction.
Checkout Date & Times: All invoices will need to be paid by Tuesday May 21st at 4:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Special Terms

All purchases must be paid with good negotiable U.S funds by Tuesday at 4:00pm following the auction. You may pay by cash, company or business check, wire transfers, or credit cards (please note the credit cards will have an additional 3% processing fee). All online buyers will be charged a 10% buyers premium. All online bidders must register and be approved to bid through Proxibid. All items are sold are sold as is, where is! If an item has a title it will be noted so. If an item has a title Duncan Auctioneers has 45 days to produce a clean title. Buyer is responsibly for inspection, registration and title transfer. If an item is listed as a license receipt that is all you will receive from Duncan Auctioneers. If an item is listed as papers only, you will not receive anything other than your receipt for registration. Buyer will be responsible for paying a 6.25% tax on all items unless proper identification is shown for tax exempt items. Firearms will be sent to our local FFL dealer, buyer will be responsible for passing a background check for a fee of $25 at our local dealer or you may ship the firearm to your local FFL dealer. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees. You must be 18 Y.O to purchase a rifle and 21 Y.O to purchase a pistol.
