A buyers premium of 5% will be added to all items $5,000 and above. An additional 3% charge will be added on all items purchased through Proxibid. An additional 4% charge will be added on all credit card purchases. No credit card purchases allowed over $3,000. A $25 charge will be added on all wire transfers. Sales tax will be applied to all purchases at 9.75% unless you have tax resale number or farm exempt card with you on the day of sale. All payments are due in full on the day of the auction.

All items sold at Dynamite Auction Company are sold as-is, where is with no warranty and all sales are final. Payment will be accepted by cash, check, cashier’s check, credit card, or wire transfer.
