Stained glass window by Northwest artist Richard Spaulding was fabricated in 1978 as a commission for the Seattle Public Library in the Carnegie Greenlake library. This work is known as the Homage to Hokusa as a tribute to the Japanese wood block artist known for his work, "The Amida Waterfall on the Isio Road" circa 1835. Richard, born in 1947, has many works in public buildings as well as private homes around the world. There are two panels, with the top being 93" x 45" and the bottom 68" x 27". It can be seen in our gallery in Snohomish, WA.
