Driving Directions: Take Hwy 282 out of Jordan. At the top of the hill, take a right on County Road 10 (200th St.), and auction location will be about 1/2 mile up on the right hand side.

Special Terms

There will be a 10% buyers premium on all purchases. Auction Company will be calling customer for settlement. All purchases over $2,000.00 will be paid for by wire transfer, at a cost of $25 to customer, on the next business day. No exceptions. If you cannot meet these terms, do not bid. Once the item is sold it is solely your responsibility for payment and pickup. Pick-up is on Saturday, May 17 until 4 p.m., or by calling auction company prior to auction to discuss! If you can not get your items during these times, please do not bid. All items will be sold in AS-IS WHERE IS condition and all items and statements are believed to be true but the auction company is not responsible for wrong information. Buyer is to conduct their own due diligence. We invite you to the preview on Friday, May 16 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
