If bidder has questions as to authenticity of a lot, the bidder must contact Estate Liquidators of East Texas within 3 days of receipt of the lot. Items removed from their original sealed holder, may not be returned for any reason. No lot may be returned because of a difference of opinion with regards to grade or condition. Third party graded/encapsulated/packaged items may not be returned for any reason. The grading of coins is subjective and is not an exact science so everyone has their own opinion on every coin. Bidder will determine the grade of the auction item and will be the sole judge of it's value to him/her. Do not bid unless you agree with the grade.

Estate Liquidators of East Texas is providing Internet pre-auction as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Estate Liquidators of East Texas or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Estate Liquidators of East Texas will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Estate Liquidators of East Texas reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction.

In the event that a package / box does not arrive to the winners address on file with Proxibid, and is determined to be lost, missing, or for any reason not delivered to the winners address on file with Proxibid , it is the buyers / winners responsibility to contact the local USPS mail delivery person and initiate and follow up on any and all claim(s) with the USPS. The ONLY roll that Estate Liquidators of East Texas (seller) will have in the claim(s) process, will be to provide whatever information we have available in order for the buyer / winner to file said claim.
