Important Notice: There is a 1.5% surcharge on any new or used diesel powered equipment of 50 or more horsepower, including mobile or stationary equipment used in construction, mining and or other activities (with the exception of oil and gas). The surcharge applies to equipment that is purchased, rented or leased in Texas or brought in from out of state. The surcharge is in addition to regular state and local sales taxes. The surcharge does not apply if the sale, lease or rental of the equipment qualifies for exemption from sales or use tax. Notice to Purchasers This sale will be conducted in American Dollars ($). The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse to issue a bidding card. This Brochure is only a guide please inspect the equipment. Registration Requirements All new buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a bidder number • Photographic ID eg. Passport/Driving Licence • Company TAX Number • Deposit - 10% of projected spend with a mininum deposit of $15,000 via E-payment, cash, bankers draft, debit or credit card or bank transfer. Please note deposits will be returned on auction day to those customers who have been unsuccessful in their bids. Buyer Commission/Tax - Items sold for less than $2500 – Buyer Fee = 10% - Items sold for more than $2500 – Buyer Fee = 2.5% TAX will be applied on hammer & commission prices depending on the location of the buyer. Cheque/Cash/Banker’s Draft is acceptable on the sale date only. Credit Card Payments are also accepted but are subject to a 3% bank service charge which is non refundable. Debit Card Payments are also accepted – no service charge is applicable. NOTE: Cash or telegraphic transfer will only be accepted after the sale day. All company representatives bidding on behalf of a company must provide a letter of authorisation from their company director. We are still accepting consignments for this auction.
