Upon the Trustee?s information and belief, the estate has a beneficial interest in the probate estates of the Debtor?s father, Charles E. Hartsfield (DOB: 12/08/1943) and the Debtor?s mother, Hazel Hartsfield (DOB Unknown) (together, the ?Hartsfields?), and all assets thereof. At the time of their passing, the Hartsfields, were the record owners of approximately eight (8) acres of real property in Taylor County known as 158 Abner Lane, Perry, Florida 32347 (the ?Property?), which is more particularly described on the Exhibit ?A? attached hereto. Upon the Trustee?s information, the Property was owned by Charles Hartsfield and Hazel Hartsfield, as husband and wife. Upon the Trustee?s information and belief, the Hartsfields were married to one another in or prior to 1979 and remained married to one another continuously through the date of Mr. Hartsfield?s passing. Upon the Trustee?s information, Debtor?s father Mr. Hartsfield passed on or about March 3, 2010. Upon the Trustee?s information and belief, a probate estate was not opened for the Debtor?s father and the Debtor?s mother Hazel Hartsfield did not remarry after his passing. Upon the Trustee?s information and belief, the Debtor?s mother Hazel Hartsfield passed away sometime after February of 2017, but prior to the Petition Date of May 9, 2023.
