You may attend the sale, bid at the sale, and bring bidders if you want. The money Fields gets from the sale (after paying its costs) will reduce the amount that Debtor owes pursuant to the Agreements. If Fields gets less money than Debtor owes, Debtor will still owe the difference to Fields. If Fields gets more money than Debtor owes, Debtor will get the extra money, unless Fields must pay it to someone else. Debtor can get the Collateral back at any time before it is sold by paying Fields the full amount that Debtor owes (not just the past due payments), including Fieldss expenses. Summary of Terms and Conditions
Property sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price, with NO Minimums and NO Reserves.
Everything 'AS IS, WHERE IS basis with NO warranties of any kind, express, implied, or otherwise. To be able to register to bid, the buyer will wire funds in the amount of $50,000, which will become a non- refundable deposit in the event that they are the successful bidder at the auction. No bids will be permitted until the deposit is received in our escrow account.
Balance of payment will be due in Full on Thursday, April 10th by 5pm. ET.
Payment by wire transfer ONLY.

Fields-Realty, LLC (Seller) has the right to bid and will be bidding on these items.
Fields-Realty, LLC (Seller) will not be required to submit a deposit to participate.
Arranging and paying for removal, pick up, shipping, and handling is the buyers responsibility.
