Real Estate sells on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS’ basis with NO warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, or otherwise. 10% Buyer’s Premium on all sales. $50,000 cashier’s check must be presented to participate and bid at the auction for both live and on-line participants. (On-Line Bidders deadline for the deposit is Tuesday, July 16 @ 5:00pm, EST). A 10% non-Refundable Deposit of the Purchase Price and a fully executed Contract for Sale and Purchase will be due immediately following the auction. Closing must be within 30 days of the auction. There will be NO CONTINGENCIES for financing, inspection, or otherwise. The Buyer will pay ALL Closing Costs associated with the transfer of title. Buyer will pay ALL of 2024 Property Taxes.
