It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all tanks/lots before bidding for any defects. We can correct any problems before the tank leaves the yard. Once the tank leaves the yard ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE INSPECT BEFORE BIDDING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Check out/Removal Dates and times: Thursday November 21st, 2024, thru Friday November 23rd and Monday November 25th and Tuesday November 26th 9:00am until 4:00pm. all items MUST BE REMOVE BY 4:00pm November 26nd, 2024 no exceptions. The Seller and auctioneers will not be responsible for any damage to your tank. In order to have your tank loaded that day you must be in line before 3:00pm. If not it will be the next day. If you show up with multiple trailers you will have to share the loader time with other buyers. The removal of the property is the responsibility of the buyer. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer once he is declared the buyer, Buyer assumes all responsibility for loss and damage of purchased merchandise. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller shall be responsible for the buyer's merchandise. If the buyer does not pay for any item buyer will be turned over as a non payer and subject to be black balled from all Proxibid auctions. Merchandise not removed by the stated date and time will revert to sellers possession, with all rights and title to the equipment forfeited. The buyer will be responsible for all cost for dispose. It is the buyers responsibility to secure all safety equipment to meet applicable government safety standards in using or removing items purchased. The liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or during use or operation of the purchased items. The information and descriptions contained in the sales advertisements are believed to be true and correct. The auctioneer and/or seller assume no responsibility and make no warranties regarding same. It is the buyers responsibility and obligation to verify information, descriptions and inspect all property/lots prior to bidding.
