There are three different types of load out terms and costs that apply to items on this auction:
1. If nothing is stated in the description of the item, typical load out terms apply. Auction staff will have a forklift and skid loader on site during specific load out hours and will be happy to assist at no additional charge. Please bring your own manual labor and tools for dismantling.
2. Some lots will require the purchaser to use the required rigger at a pre determined fee that will be added to the invoice at the time of payment. The purchaser MUST USE THE REQUIRED RIGGER TO lay down a bin or dismantle a component as needed and load onto the buyer's trailer. The required vendor for dismantling and rigging this lot is Whitcomb Bros. Grain Systems, Inc. Contact Ricky Whitcomb at 320-974-8337 ricky@wbgrain.com. The cost for this service will be disclosed in the description of the item in the catalog. This amount will be added to your invoice at the time of payment. Unless otherwise stated, the removal of these items will take place during the regular scheduled load out or by appointment with the rigger. There will be additional costs for buyers needing special arrangements or extra load times.
3. Some lots give the purchaser a longer timeline and an option to use the rigger. The purchasers of these lots must pay in full within 24 hours of the conclusion of the bidding. The purchasers will have until June 1, 2021 to dismantle or demo and remove the structures. The buyer may use their own contractor or preform the work themselves if qualified. The buyer or their contractor must provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the seller (I S Properties, LLC) and the auction company (Fahey Sales Agency, Inc.) as additional insured for the amount of at least $1,000,000.00 prior to removal.
